LEADERSHIP

An Industry veteran, Mr. George Yohannan, is the Chief Operating Officer across south Indian Region, which oversees businesses in the Workforce Management and Operating Asset Management platforms. He is in charge of the teams that handle the businesses of general staffing and recruitment, digital compliance, training and skill development, logistics, specialty facilities management, and security solutions.

He has more than 35 years of service sector experience in strategy, sales, business development, and planning and operations. Prior to joining Shine, he was the Senior CSR at Reliance Communications & at Essar, where he was in charge of process implementation, new business initiatives, and quality control.
